Dance Now Portal was built as a centralized system for managing dance competitions — from registrations and scheduling to judging and results. The goal was to replace fragmented manual workflows with a reliable, scalable and easy-to-use platform for organizers, clubs and judges.

A web platform for international dance competitions that unifies registrations, choreography management, event organization and real-time judging in a single system.
Competition management relied on disconnected spreadsheets, emails and manual corrections, leading to errors and inefficiencies. A key challenge was the judging system — it needed to be fast, accurate and reliable even in environments with unstable or limited internet connectivity.
A centralized platform was developed to unify all processes — from registrations and choreography data to scheduling and results. A real-time judging system was implemented with offline support, allowing judges to record scores locally and sync them once the connection is restored. The system also includes vote validation, discipline locking and automatic result calculation based on defined rules.
Dance Now Portal enables organizers to run competitions more efficiently and without errors, while providing judges with a stable and responsive scoring experience. The platform supports multiple stages running in parallel and ensures accurate, automated result generation.
